Rocking Zebra Recruitment is proud to be supporting the recruitment drive to appoint an Account Manager for this growing agency based near Newbury.

This opportunity will give you plenty of Project Management exposure to two key clients and hands on experience across a really lovely agency.

• Working with internal colleagues and clients to ensure that existing high service levels are maintained
• Ensure that extremely high creative standards are met, from brief through to delivery, on time/brief/budget
• Ensure efficient, effective liaison between internal departments
• Management of external suppliers
• Participating in weekly Status Meetings, showing confidence and a thorough understanding of all projects in which you are involved
• Establishing yourself as a strong account handler both internally and with the client, showing the ability to quickly build relationships, instilling trust & confidence in the Client
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation, files and recording notes and actions from meetings carefully
• Demonstrating a strong commercial sense by keeping to budget

Personal characteristics & Experience

• The ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, agencies and colleagues alike
• A proven track record that you have worked on an account which requires you to juggle several projects – utilising strong project management competencies
• Can write and speak fluently and in a compelling manner
• Plans, organised and controls work and resources
• Able to produce compelling and motivating creative briefs with a clear, single minded proposition
• Experience at a direct/digital marketing agency
• Strong commercial acumen
• Has a sense of creative excellence
• People manage Account Executives
