Right-click is a small, successful and ambitious recruitment consultancy based on the outskirts of Stamford. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team and play a central role in our growth ambitions for 2015 and beyond. This is a critical hire for us – we have a great team in place and we are looking to add to this by recruiting a vibrant, energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager to help manage and grow the team going forward. Recruitment experience is not essential for this role – we are keen to speak to proactive, engaging individuals with previous account management experience from any sector.

Right-click are specialists in call centre recruitment, we work with call centres across the UK helping them to attract and engage the talent that they need at every level from call handler to Director. We have been recruiting in this area for over 10 years have got an excellent reputation based on the quality of the service that we offer. We work hard as a team – all of our targets and objectives are team based – and we also have lots of fun! Our offices are in a converted barn on a farm in Uffington and are modern, comfortable and extremely well equipped. We have plans in place to grow our team throughout 2015 and to do that we need good people. People like you?

As an Account Manager you will own several client accounts and be their primary point of contact on a day to day basis, working closely with their internal teams to help them ensure their call centre is fully resourced. This is no easy task – some of our clients run large call centres and are continually recruiting and we therefor have to work hard to find the right people for them. You will manage a small team of Resourcers who will work with you to source candidates for your accounts and you will take responsibility for assessing candidates in order to determine their suitability. You will then manage each candidate through the client’s recruitment process. We have excellent systems and processes in place that will help you do this – and we will train and develop you so that you become an expert. This is an extremely busy and demanding role and our days literally fly by. PLEASE NOTE: There is no sales involved in this role – it is 100% focused on managing existing accounts.

To succeed in this role you will enjoy working hard in an environment where your priorities are continually changing in line with client requirements. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be experienced in managing client accounts – predominantly over the phone. Organised and efficient, you will be used to managing your own work load and it would be advantageous if you had some experience of managing more junior staff. Keen to learn, you will be naturally inquisitive and will always be looking for better ways to get things done. It goes without saying that you will have good PC skills and will be familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel. What is essential for this role is your attitude and outlook on life.
