Job Description
Join a successful company based in Cardiff as a Customer Account Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to Account manage existing business and up sell to grow sales in a territory.
Responsibilities
To build and maintain client relationships by providing accurate advice and support.
Sales quotations via your client interactions
Ensure any actions taken and client communications received are promptly recorded on client records.
Handling and resolution of client enquiries via phone, email, and meetings
Skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and contribute towards creating a good working environment.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills able to work productively as part of a team.

An annual salary of £28-30K plus OTE 40K Plus
