ACCOUNT MANAGER

Basic £24,000 – £30,000 OTE £43,200

An exciting opportunity to join an international company who are long-established leaders in their field, serving a wide range of industries worldwide.

Responsibilities will include:

• The promotion of products and services
• Cross selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Looking after an existing client base
• To negotiate, where necessary, directly with customers in order to secure extra sales
• Cross selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Help execute and manage promotional campaigns as directed
• To extract data for identification of key opportunities for business growth
• To monitor and report business movement, e.g. where business levels are dropping
• Assist with maintaining our Customer Complaints database

The role of Account Manager will require a confident individual with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Must have the ability to work on own initiative but also within a team.
