An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our award winning field sales company in our client services team.

Magnum Direct Limited is a highly successful company specialising in outsourced sales and fundraising solutions for the biggest brand names and charities in the UK. Working extensively with premium blue chip clients, our Account Managers are responsible for client communications and internal organisation of key accounts liasing with senior sales managers and operational executives internally.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for client interface daily, attending offsite meetings as required, and weekly progress reviews.
  • Ensuring that the sales force have the information, materials and support needed to effectively acquire customers.
  • Ensuring that the sales effort tracks in line with corporate budgets by providing the field management team with the required sales resource.
  • Working closely with the sales managers to formulate and implement training, motivational and development strategies for fundraisers.
  • Production of management reports and analysis of results in line with client and company aims and goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Account management or operational experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • IT literacy – including Word, Excel and Powerpoint to a high standard.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Education to graduate level.
  • At least five years experience in the UK corporate environment.
