A customer service focussed Account Handler is required to join our client’s growing international B2B business in the retail sector.
The main purpose of role is to be responsible for handling client accounts. This requires building strong relationships between the company and the customer as well as handling any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to the client.
Key duties include:
- Manage the day to day running of customer accounts in a busy office environment.
- Process sale orders from customers, reps and cloud with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Keep customers informed regarding the status of all existing orders on a weekly basis providing weekly ETA’s.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage individual stock quantities between orders.
- Pick and pass in-stock and paid for orders through to transport in accordance with cut-off dates.
- Working with accounts department to clear through any invoicing queries that arise.
You will have excellent customer service, organisation and communication skills. Be able to manage a varied, fast paced workload and be IT literate.
