An outstanding opportunity for a talented Account Executive to join an expanding niche commercial insurance intermediary as an integral part of their management team.
You will be responsible for the acquisition and development of key new business from the charity, voluntary and not-for-profit sector. You will be targeting medium to large regional and national organisations with large premium spend across the full spectrum of commercial and charity risks.
The client base is expected to be located mainly in and around London, South of England and up to the Midlands. You will be supported by internal teams to assist with service delivery. A competitive salary will be offered together with company car or allowance and full benefits package.

Experience
Applicants applying for the vacancy must have mid-market commercial insurance sales/business development experience.
Prior experience of dealing with charities and social enterprises would be highly advantageous. Successful applicants must also be experienced and motivated business development professionals, as you will not be taking over an existing book of business, as the primary objective of the role is to create and win new key account relationships for their insurance business, from the wider charity market. You must be empathetic and professional and have a pleasant relationship building style and personality.
You will have the confidence in your own ability to offer advice and guidance on the market place, sales and marketing strategy to the internally focussed teams and the company, whilst developing your own portfolio of new business sales.
