You will be fully involved within our Fleet department with customers/prospects through the handling of incoming calls and referrals and will be expected to minimise and resolve queries as they arise in order for business objectives to be met and set up appointments as appropriate for sales colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. You will be organised and have an eye for attention to detail and a passion to ensure your work is to a high standard of customer service.
