Account Executive

Our prestigious client is looking to recruit two Account Executives this a great opportunity to join a winning team in a newly created role to manage existing partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact for external Affinity partners. Successful candidates will also be required to assist the Business Development Team during tender processes for potential new business and assist with the integration of new corporate partnerships into the organisation.

Your duties will include:

Ensure accuracy and quality of collated documentation in response to tenders
Ensure information requests are provided on time
Liaise with designated partners on an ongoing basis
To ensure new business implementation takes place smoothly and effectively
To help develop the skills and knowledge of Affinity brands and needs to key stakeholders
To ensure company standards, policies and procedures are maintained and respected.
Establish effective client relationships and optimise further business opportunities from existing clients and new clients post implementation.
Liaise with and influence operational teams and other areas of the business to ensure they deliver high quality output in a timely manner to the affinity partners.
To understand, deliver and focus on achieving the stated business objectives to ensure maximum profitability.
Organise and prioritise workflow by effective planning for present and future requirements.For this role you will need to be familiar with:

Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts
Insurance or Financial Services background
Dealing with Senior Management Teams
A proven history of being trustworthy, honest and reliable Skills & Knowledge:

Understand and interpret data
Written and verbal communication skills (including presentations)
Organisation and Planning skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical Skills
Understanding of insurance products desirable
Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Professional, Self motivated, able to build strong relationships and positive in the face of adversity and resistance
Ability to work in a high pressure environment You will be required to be credit checked for this role therefore it is essential that you have clear a credit history.

A Salary up to £27,600for a 38.5 hour week
