Account Executive

I am recruiting for an Audio Branding Consultant for a global media company. The role will be to provide a personalised set-up service for their new American and Canadian clients. You’ll liaise with key company contacts, internal and external service providers from across the globe working to tight deadlines to ensure the seamless implementation of a client’s new audio branding service.

With your excellent people and organisation skills, focused customer-care mentality and proactive approach
to work, you’ll deliver premium customer service to every client. In return, you’ll receive full training, dedicated support and exciting opportunities for progression.

Duties will include:
* Welcoming new clients to the service and introducing the set-up process
* Arranging installations with a third party supplier on behalf of clients
* Following up information requests and collecting completed briefs
* Feeding completed briefs to the appropriate creative department
* Ensuring all client details are accurately entered into the in-house CRM system
* Working with clients and the creative departments to ensure the delivery of an audio branding service
that meets and exceeds expectations
* Working collaboratively to achieve collective goals and objectives
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
* Experience in a results-driven customer service environment
* Strong focus and organisational skills
* Experience taking client briefs and dealing with others to ensure briefs are met
* Good knowledge of Microsoft and CRM applications
* An understanding of branding and its commercial benefits to a B2B customer
* The drive to hit ambitious targets
* The ability to clearly communicate company value to clients
* Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude

As you will be looking after the American/Canadian clients your working hours will be 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday.
