Unique opportunity to work for a leading and growing outsourced FM provider as an Account Director covering central London.
Our client is looking for someone with experience within facilities management, either with the client, service provider, or SPV as an Account Manager or Director on multi million pound total FM contracts. You must have experience of running total FM contracts with full P&L responsibility, as well as a proven track record of leading and managing large teams.
Basic details are;
- Permanent position
- Account Manager / Director level or equivalent
- 80-90k plus car, excellent bonus scheme, pension plus private healthcare (OTE 100K)

Detailed Overview:
• Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contract
• Full responsibility for profit & loss across the contracts
• Preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and accounts etc.
• Lead, grow and develop a total FM team
• Ensure the company fulfils their obligations in line with the contract
• Maximise business development opportunities
• Monitor and implement all quality assurance aspects of each operating company’s services to the project.
• Assist in negotiating and administer agreements with third parties for the supply of goods and services.
• Advise each operating company on income generation plans, selection and monitoring of third parties providing such services.
• Assist in the delivery of the budget for the business.
• Assist in ensuring that the appropriate controls including quarterly reports, data books and project calendars are implemented in a timely manner.
• Assist in ensuring appropriate and timely reviews and audits take place.
Person Specification
Essential
• Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline or extensive senior level experience.
• Full P&L responsibility on multi million pound contracts
• Sound knowledge of the operation and management of FM projects in the operational phase.
• Experience of dealing with senior Client organisation representatives.
• Understanding of project finance and investment.
