Salary: £30,000 per year

Sales Support Coordinator

Based: High Wycombe (Commutable)

Basic: £25,000 (Neg. Depending on experience) + 2-4k Bonus

Permanent: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30

ROLE:

* Sales support opportunity providing support to the external sales / accounts team to ensure projects are taken from concept and executed to completion

* Liaising with account managers, design team and installations through project process

* Creating project quotations

* Project procurement and liaison with furniture manufacturers

* Working on multiple projects at a time organising your time to ensure smooth sales process

* Creating sales quotations and pricing tenders

* Creating and monitoring projects job sheets

* Manage CRM system and general administration

* Maintain exceptional relationships with supply chain partners as well as strong communication with end user clients

* Look after incoming enquiries

EXPERIENCE:

* Experienced in a Sales / Office Support coordinator position successfully support sales output to maxmise sales

* Make the account managers life as simple as possible in order for them to focus on sales / business development time

* Experience of creating project quotations raising orders, PO’s, products

* Communicating across functions with Design, Installation or other teams to ensure smooth project life cycle

* Exceptional administrative experience ideal with knowledge of or experience using Sage aswell as CRM systems

* Highly organised and must enjoy working within a fast paced environment

* IDEALLY: Experience within the Office Furniture / workplace market or related fields such as: interior fit out, interior design, architecture, construction, fixtures, furnishings and / or furniture

* Friendly, people person, team player with high levels of organisation
