Accessories Design Engineer/Senior Design Engineer

£34,800 to £48,000 per annum dependant on experience.

Triumph is seeking an exceptional engineer to support the on-going growth of the business at an experienced level. The role will be based within our Accessories Design Department where our expanding range of motorcycle accessories are designed and developed.

You will be required to progress accessory projects from concept through to volume production, working with stylists, our own in-house motorcycle design teams and suppliers. Utilising an advanced CAD package, you will develop designs to meet engineering, manufacture, and production requirements. Engineering validation will be achieved initially through the use of FEA, and physical testing of production components. There will be a requirement to effect solutions to manufacturing issues to achieve new model and model year deadlines.

From all of our candidates we are looking for a passion for engineering in addition to drive, determination and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Applicants must also have a degree in Mechanical Engineering/Product Design (or similar) with a 2:1 or above and strong A Levels, preferably in Maths and Physics. Applicants must have experience within a product design role in addition to experience with CAD Systems.
