Academy Finance Manager

Salary: £58,800 – £62,400 per year

Dedicate Recruitment is working in partnership with this ‘Good’ rated Academy for an accomplished Academy Finance Manager, based in Hackney.

Reporting to the Vice Principal and Chief Finance Officer, this role is to lead on all aspects of the academy’s financial reporting, producing management accounts, budget setting, developing the five year plan, statutory reporting and submitting financial statements in line with the EFSA guidelines.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced financial expert and knowledge gained within the education sector is essential for this role. You will be working across teams to ensure the financial management system is used efficiently and advise on all aspects of spend for the Academy.

Offering a full accountancy or SBM qualification, this is a highly visible role in which you will bring the presence of forming good working relationships easily and possess the gravitas to manage upwards with a positive outcome.
