7.5t Courier Driver

Our Client a market leading parcel delivery company, requires a permanent 7.5t Courier Driver to work Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 20:00 with a 1hr Lunch Break.

£26,000 per year

Company uniform will be provided.

You will be making between 15 – 25 drops/pick ups per day and some cash handling will be involved.

Due to the nature of the deliveries you must:-

* Have NO more than 6 points on your licence and NO DR/DD/IN or TT99 endorsements for Insurance purpose
* Be over 21 years old (for Insurance purpose)
* Be Reliable & good time keeping qualities
* Have 5 years of continued employment references
* Be WILLING complete a DBS (Criminal) check

Ideal Candidate:

* Will be Fit & Healthy (due to number of deliveries per day)
* Good knowledge of the local areas
* Previous experience of fast paced, high volume deliveries (desirable)
* Customer Service/Facing skills
* Full CPC (Desirable)
* Good work History (No GAPS of more than 30 days)
