50 X Customer Service Advisor-Immediate Start

HR Consultancy has been appointed by our client, an international outsource call centre, to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisor’s for their site in Glasgow City Centre. 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Sat between 8am-10pm.

NO CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

This a temp contract, expected to last around 4-6 weeks. Assessment centre’s taking place immediately. Friday 13th start date.

Key responsibilities include:

• To demonstrate a responsible and reliable approach to ensuring your daily attendance schedule is met
• To ensure all customer contacts are handled professionally, efficiently and effectively
• To ensure all customer complaints are recognised, recorded, acknowledged and resolved effectively
• To identify and promote additional products and services appropriate to customer need
• To produce work of the highest quality by adhering to set processes and procedures

Skills, knowledge & experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate must have:

• A professional telephone manner
• A passion for customer service
