Our multi million pound travel client is currently in search of experienced sales staff to join their dynamic team in Croydon.

All applicants must have an excellent telephone manner, a strong and solid sales background, enthusiasm towards work and colleagues and a hunger for commission!

No Job hoppers or unreliable applicants!

Working within a busy and dynamic sales office, you will be taking inbound calls only from customers responding to adverts, turning enquiries into sales!

Tailoring a complete holiday package to suit your customers needs, you will be promoting:

• Flights
• Accommodation
• Tours
• Travel Insurance
• Car Hire
• Ski-Hire, Passes etc

Requirements

• An outgoing and friendly personality
• Clear and confident telephone manner
• at least 1 years sold sales experience, gained from telesales (inbound or outbound), face to face or field sales (not retail)
• Clear, outgoing and professional telephone manner
• A money hungry attitude
• A dynamic sales approach
• Good team qualities
• Enthusiasm towards work and colleagues
• Reliable, hard-working and committed

TRAINING!

Before going on to the sales floor, you will join an in-house 4-week training course, where you will train on the website, sales techniques, call handling, offers, sales techniques, calculations, products etc. YOU WILL BE PAID DURING TRAINING!
