3rd Line Systems Support Analyst

My client is a highly stable and progressive Asset Management company based in the heart of the City. As a trusted and well established recruitment partner we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a Senior IT Systems Analyst as part of their Infrastructure Team.

As the Senior IT Systems Analyst you will be part of a global team responsible for supporting the company’s application infrastructure. The role will be predominately 3rd line support, but will also have project work responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and a positive can-do attitude. You will be able to demonstrate your drive to consistently improve systems and processes. You will have considerable 3rd line support/project experience and a high calibre of technical ability.

Essential Technical Skills
*Windows XP-7 and Server 2003-2008 R2
*Exchange 2010 and Lync 2010
*BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)
*Active Directory
*Citrix Xen App / Xen Desktop
*Systems Centre Operations Manager (SCOM)
*Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
*Symantec: Enterprise Vault / MessageLabs
*Strong PowerShell and scripting skills
