2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst

A large financial services company is looking to add an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a large IT team in central London with access to the latest IT technologies.

Please note that as this role is within a financial company you will be required to cover an industry standard shift pattern operating between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

To be suitable it is essential that you have grade C or above at Maths and English GCSE level as well as a full and clean UK driving licence as occasional travel to company branches may be required. Strong second line desktop support skills in the following are required:

– Windows XP/7
– Microsoft Office
– Outlook
– Hardware support (PC’s and printers) including builds, troubleshooting and fixes

This role is paying an attractive starting salary of up to £36,000 plus benefits including paid overtime, annual bonus, non-contributory pension, gym and private healthcare. Relevant training and opportunities for future progression will also be provided for the right individuals.
