Salary: £31,200 – £37,200
Location: Poole
We have a fantastic opportunity for a solid 2nd Line support analyst to move to the next step, or for a current 3rd Line support to take on their next challenge.

Responsibilities
Working with a variety of the latest technologies the successful 3rd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing necessary support to the service desk team and resolve 3rd line calls. They will cover all areas of Server, Storage and Backup configuration. Other duties will include using effective problem-solving techniques, to support and recover systems due to production problems to minimise the impact to the department or business.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and you will be keen and willing to take on challenging calls in a bid to resolve our customer issues.
Skills
- Excellent desktop and server diagnostic tools with advanced troubleshooting of Windows environment
- Solid experience in Exchange
- Good Citrix XenApp experience
- Hyper-V, VMware
- Solid knowledge of firewalls, switches and routers
