A Waterloo based office working in numerous sectors including Pharmaceutical, IT and Engineering, they have experienced 100% year on year growth. They are looking to continue this growth over the next year, recruiting 10 new trainees in the next couple of months.

There is a fun young environment, with an emphasis on socialising and sport. They have their own football team and the team recently took part in a charity run.

About the role

A recruitment consultants role is diverse, you will be:

• Taking ownership of the entire sales process from filtering CVs, calling clients to closing the deal.
• Generating leads and building your database of contacts.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring the best potential matches for vacancies.
• Advertising vacancies in a creative way in order to attract the best calibre candidates.
• Building an in depth knowledge of your specific industry and the clients that operate within it.

• £29k Basic Salary
• £54k OTE 1st year, rising to £72k 2nd year
