3rd line IT Support Engineer, Charity, London, c£30,000 DOE

Wonderful opportunity exists at this London based Christian charity for a Christian to join their IT team as a their IT Support Team Leader. The successful candidate will support the IT Manager and assist the charity’s offices, centres and field staff on a day-to-day basis from their London Offices. You will be hands-on and key member of their projects team, working on new infrastructure implementations and upgrades including their move to Office 365. You will provide day-to-day 2nd / 3rd line support to the charity for their Windows environment with skills in Windows Server 2008 / 2012, SQL Server 2008, Windows 2007 / 2010 OS and SharePoint. You will administer servers, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, telephony and O365. You have strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy and will have implemented clustered Hyper-V environments as well as having solid experience with associated networking and SAN technologies. Knowledge of automated system deployment and patch management tools, SCCM, PowerShell scripting and other Microsoft System Centre backup solutions are also helpful but not essential…..and there’s more!
