3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

We are urgently seeking a highly personable 3rd Line Support Engineer for a permanent role with a highly regarded and expanding company in South Wales. This role will be primarily office based with duties including responding to issues logged or escalated through the Service Desk relating to issues across the customer estate. You will also be responsible for creation, maintenance and builds for project and support teams to use for all software and hardware deployments. Working with the Service Desk Delivery Manager you will also make recommendations to improve service and maintain technical documentation.
