I am looking for a passionate and driven 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Senior Support Engineer / Senior IT Support Technician who has exceptional customer service skills to join an exciting and fast-paced environment.
3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd Line Support Engineer / Senior Support Engineer / Senior IT Support Technician responsibilities include:
- Undertake all aspects of 3rd line support and installations to my client’s customers, resolving incidents, managing and escalating to the Service Desk Manager and/or 3rd parties in line with SLA
- Monitoring and administrating in-house and customer server environments
- Mentor and assist junior members of the service desk
- Install, maintain and support workstation, server and related infrastructure software and hardware
What I’m looking for:
- Demonstrable experience working with ITIL based processes
- Experience of working in a service desk environment, preferably with multiple customers and suppliers
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Desktop operating systems
- Certified in Microsoft and VMware
- Expert working knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Server Operating Systems
- VMware ESX
- Microsoft Exchange
- AD
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Working knowledge of SAN/NAS technology
- Symantec Backup Exec
