ClarkeWood Consulting are working with a leading business in Birmingham who are now recruiting for a 3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join its experienced team.

In this 3rd Line Helpdesk role you will be providing IT support to business within the public, private and education sector at a 3rd Line level. As a 3rd Line Engineer you will be expected to be the final escalation point for technical issues whilst also supporting the rest of the helpdesk team.

You will need the following experience:

Career experience:

  • 3rd Line Helpdesk Experience
  • Acting as final point of escalation for technical issues
  • Experience of working for a IT Solutions Provider

Technical experience:

  • Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012/SBS
  • VMware / Vsphere / Hyper V
  • SAN / Storage (NetApp ideally but not essential)
  • Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010
  • Sonicwall
  • Firewalls
  • Networks
