3 x Part Time Customer Service Advisors – Evenings & Weekends

£26,000 per year pro-rata

My client is a leading finance company based on the outskirts of Leeds and are looking to appoint 3 part time Customer Service Advisors to start on Monday 24th October.

Please Note: The successful applicant will need to pass a credit check.

You will be working in busy and enthusiastic environment within a modern call centre, speaking with customers on an inbound basis regarding their account.

You will be dealing with calls that vary, providing a high level of customer service and paying close attention to detail, you will deal with general account enquiries such as billing and payment enquiries, updating customer information & account queries.

The right person for this assignment will be bubbly, personable, previous customer service experience & attention to detail.

Shift Pattern: Must be flexible to work 4 out of 5 4pm – 7.30pm and Saturdays 8.45 – 12.00pm.
