1st Line Service Desk Analyst – Legal – London – £34-30,000 p/a
My client are a top law firm with a global presence, based in a great location in Central London. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their 1st Line Support Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing law firm who offer excellent career progression and development.
Skills/Experience Required:-
- Previous Helpdesk experience (at least 18-24 months)
- Windows 7, Office 2007/2010
- Active Directory administration
- Mobile device support (BlackBerry preferable)
- Support of legal applications such as BigHand, DMS, etc. (beneficial)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
