Your new company
This product development organisation have tripled in size this year and are seeking 2 additional front end developers to support their team based in Central Bournemouth. The business run with a start-up mentality and have the backing of an established software company.

The company will consider applications from junior, mid-level or senior developers if you can evidence work examples and meet the criteria listed below.

Your new role
You will be responsible for taking designs from approved concept to implementation through excellent high level coding. You will act as a business/product owner and will have a high level of autonomy to control your role. You will not be a cog in the wheel and will be moulded into a well-rounded developer due to the variety of responsibilities available to undertake. You will be working on cross platform development incorporating tablet, mobile and desktop. Experience of UX/UI, web design and a background or evolution from print will serve you well in this position.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 18 months development experience and it is essential that you can evidence or link to work projects that you have completed, either on a freelance basis on in the commercial world. You will code HTML/CSS by hand and will have a solid grounding in JavaScript/jQuery and Bootstrap. You must be able to build responsive sites from the ground up and should have experience of form building/writing forms.

Previous experience liaising with clients is preferable, you must have a good command of English and should want to share knowledge with team members, we are not seeking an introvert individual.

What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a salary between £30,000-£54,000 depending on your level of seniority, plus a company pension and a quarterly bonus. The company are moving to a new premises and you will enjoy a very friendly and welcoming environment.
