2nd Line Support Technician / London / £24,000 – £30,000

Our client who are an Agency based in the West End are looking for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team. The successful 2nd Line SUpport Technician will need to possess solid experience within a similar role and possess the following skills:

• MS Windows XP / Windows 7

• Minimum of 2 years previous IT related experience

• Office 2010/2013 Professional

• I.P. Telephone Systems Exposure

• Blackberry Enterprise Server

• Citrix / XenApp Server

• SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 (desirable)

• PC Hardware Peripherals

• Solid foundation of networking in a LAN / WAN environment

• Active Directory Administration

• Group Policy management

• VMware / Vsphere (desirable)

• McAfee Antivirus

• A methodical fault finding technique

• Good communication skills
