Our product offerings include, permanent offices, meeting rooms and event spaces, virtual offices and Clubrooms.

Due to the growing needs of the business, an opportunity has become available for an IT graduate to join us as Second Line IT Support! You will go out to our various offices around London and provide frontline desktop, network and telephony infrastructure support to our staff and 8000+ clients!

Key responsibilities include

  • Visit our buildings and assist with client move-ins, move-outs and office moves
  • Provide remote and onsite assistance to our staff – resolve or escalate as appropriate
  • Management of communications room to ensure easy troubleshooting
  • Liaising with outsourced support partners to troubleshoot, test and resolve issues for our diverse client base

The ideal candidate

  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Strong customer and communications skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Local Area Networks, Wifi, Operating systems & Network Printing
  • Good working knowledge of Wi-Fi & various Soho router/firewalls needed
  • VOIP / SIP config & troubleshooting and Medusa skills (Desirable)
  • Proactive
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Calm in a crisis

This role is critical to the running of The Office Group and our clients’ businesses! Creating exceptional customer service, while troubleshooting and keeping calm under pressure is imperative. Your Oyster card will completely paid for as you will be travelling to various offices throughout the day.
