The Role

A 2nd Line Support Engineer is required for this exciting opportunity with a forward thinking organisation. The Windows, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware / Hyper V, Citrix, CCA, CCNA, Cisco 2nd line support role will be working with the latest cutting edge technology. Your role will be a combination of the business as usual support and project work. As you will be part of a SME, you shall have the chance to wear many hats.

Training will be a key part of this role as the client is both a Citrix partner and Microsoft partner, so onsite training for qualifications is a key part of the job.

The ideal but not essential skillset for the Windows, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware and Citrix Service Desk Engineer will be:

• Windows 08 / 12 R2
• SQL
• Active Directory
• Exchange 10
• VMware / Hyper V
• Citrix
• Cisco

Desirable

• CRM / SIS Aid
• Citric Certified
• Microsoft Certified
• Cisco Certified
