2nd Line Support Technician / London / £36,000

Our client who are in the housing sector are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in North London. The successful 2nd Line Support Technician will need to possess solid experience within a 2nd Line role and possess the following skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 2003/2008 Server & Exchange Server 2003/2010
  • MS Office Suite 2010
  • Windows 7 deployment and support
  • Configuring & installing desktop deployment tools using SCCM 2007
  • Active Directory 2003, 2008
  • Configuring & troubleshooting Citrix XenApp/Xen Desktop environments
  • Knowledge of databases and application support
  • MCITP/MCSA/MCSE (inc Windows 7)
