Position: 2nd Line Support

Location: Watford

Salary: Extremely Competitive

Our client are a leading player within their industry and can provide a great platform for an experienced 2nd Line Support specialist. The right candidate will have a strong IT background and be comfortable working in an internal support position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly backup confirmations and resolution of issues
  • Microsoft Word template updates and including VBA changes and development
  • Reporting to the IT Manager in relation to support issues
  • Dealing with escalations from 1st line team
  • Microsoft Active Directory new user setup and leavers as well as group policy deployment
  • Inducting and training new employees
  • IT Inductions and training for new employees
  • Application updates
  • Desktop support and desktop relocations
  • Anti-Virus management and deployment
  • Deployment and testing of all hardware
  • Key Software deployment
