Position: 2nd Line Support

Our client are a leading player within their industry and can provide a great platform for an experienced 2nd Line Support specialist. The right candidate will have a strong IT background and be comfortable working in an internal support position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily and weekly backup confirmations and resolution of issues
- Microsoft Word template updates and including VBA changes and development
- Reporting to the IT Manager in relation to support issues
- Dealing with escalations from 1st line team
- Microsoft Active Directory new user setup and leavers as well as group policy deployment
- Inducting and training new employees
- IT Inductions and training for new employees
- Application updates
- Desktop support and desktop relocations
- Anti-Virus management and deployment
- Deployment and testing of all hardware
- Key Software deployment
