2nd Line Service Desk Support Analyst required for my Law firm based in central London. It is essential that you have worked in an IT support role for a Law Firm.
My client is looking for candidates that have provided 1st / 2nd line service desk support and worked with ideally Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange, MS office, Outlook, document management or case management systems. You will also be working within a Citrix and Cisco environment but in depth knowledge of such technologies is not essential.
You must have had previous experience working experience of working for either a law from or large professional services environment as you will be working in a very corporate and professional working environment
As the 2nd line service desk analyst you will be involved with a variety of service desk, desktop, telephone and remote support and you will be given many opportunities to get involved with a range of IT project work. The team is a small but growing IT team in London with a number of other offices across the UK. You shall be involved in maintaining and improving service levels, take part in hardware roll outs, suggest improvements to the IT infrastructure and work on some exciting IT projects. There is fantastic carer progression and the potential to move to the 3rd line level in the future.
