2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst – Windows, Server, Exchange, Citrix, Virtualisation, Networks – Bradford, West Yorkshire – £24,000 – £30,000 per annum + Training, Pension, 25 days holidays
The Role
A dynamic and hard working Windows, Server, Exchange, Citrix, Virtualisation, Networks, 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst is needed to join a market leading Managed service provider in Bradford. Joining their close knit technical team you will be providing remote support to over 100 clients from a massive range of industries.
Day to day you can expect to be:
- Supporting Microsoft Infrastructure and business applications (including Windows Server and Office)
- Monitoring a range of systems to allow you to pre-empt problems and tickets
- Utilising their in-house ticketing system to escalate and resolve issues
- Supporting remote access solution (Citrix and Terminal Services)
You will be asked to provide a fast and pro-active turn around for customer issues. With customer satisfaction a focus of this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable communicating with all levels of a business.

- Windows Server 2008 / 2012
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013
- Office 365
- Citrix
- Basic Networking
- Ticket management
- MS Office XP / 7 / 8
- Fantastic communication skills
