Our client is a Managed Service provider working with a portfolio of Cloud, Procurement and Virtualisation. They are a small consultancy based in Barking working with a team of 10. The company itself has been well established for over 20 years.
They are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Support Engineer/Field Engineer to join their team.
You will have a good knowledge of Windows, have a great attitude with building a rapport with clients and be willing to work closely with them to resolve any issues.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience within a Managed Service/Reseller background and hold a Driving License.
Salary for this role is £30,000 – £33,600(depending on experience).
