Desktop Support / Service Desk Analyst – London

A long established financial services company is looking to add an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a large IT team in central London with access to the latest IT technologies.

Please note that due to the industry sector you will be required to work to the following shift pattern: 7.00am – 3.00pm, 8.00am – 4.00pm and 11.00am – 7.00pm on a weekly, rolling basis (Monday to Friday).

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of grade C at GCSE (or equivalent)Maths and English along with a full and clean UK driving licence as occasional travel may be required. It is also essential that you have strong 1st and 2nd line technical skills with the following:

– Helpdesk/Service Desk and Desktop Support
– Windows XP/7
– Exchange/Outlook
– Microsoft Office
– Hardware support (PC’s and printers) including builds, troubleshooting and fixes

This role is paying an attractive starting salary of up to £36,000 plus benefits including paid overtime, annual bonus and non-contributory pension.
