Our client is looking for a new 2nd Chef / Sous Chef to take charge and lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen manager! The Skills and Attributes?

This is a unique and fantastic opportunity which would suit an experienced supervisor or chef.

You must have previous experience of working in a kitchen and cooking pre-prepared meals

Ideally have a good history of working for different brands and show dedication

Be a good team player and demonstrate you eagerness to be hands on.

Be familiar with stock counting and stock ordering on some level.

Have the drive and passion to want to progress to the next step
