I am currently looking for an 2nd/ 3rd Line Support Engineer/ Desktop Support Engineer for an initial 3 month period with the chance of extension. The key skills required for this role are;
- Supporting all PC’s, laptops and in office printers
- Supporting all in-house applications and systems
- Perform system configuration, build, maintain and administer of windows servers and storage.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and manage all networks and firewalls
- Experience documenting new systems and changes
- A background working with; Windows XP/7, active directory, exchange, MS office and hand-held devices.
