2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer – Central London – Contract to Perm

Exchange, Sharepoint 2013/Online, Lync, Office 365, MCSA / MCP

A requirement has arisen for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to work for a leading IT services provider on a 6 month to perm opportunity.

The ideal candidate will come from an IT Services/MSP background and have provided support on numerous on going technical escalations from the 2nd line team.

Day to day duties will involve providing post migration support on Office 365 and Sharepoint technology having had the expertise with troubleshooting technical issues escalated.
