One of my top London based clients, a leading University urgently seeks a talented 2nd/3rd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join their highly successful team on a 3 month contract starting immediately. The successful 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer must have solid experience in all the fundamentals of support Desktop Windows Infrastructure. This would include solid experience of MS Office Suite 2010, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows 7. The 2nd/3rd Line Desktop Engineer also needs to have strong experience of Mac OSX, as well as hardware support, PC moves etc.. The successful candidate must also be exceptionally well presented, and have fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
