There are 2 full time permanent administrator opportunities available in Newport within a dynamic and reputable legal organisation.
You will be required to carry out varied aspects of administration and assist with the smooth running of the business based in Newport, Gwent.
Core Responsibilities
•Maintain accurate Service Records & necessary files.
•Organise office files for claims department.
•Assist in administration duties ,post, filling ,photocopying & scanning by the Head of administration.
Skills Required
•Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
•Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Office Packages
•Excellent Time Management & Personal Organisational Skills
•A good understanding of office administration requirements.
•Well presented & organised
•GCSE Math’s & English essential
