Our Client is looking for 2 experienced and well skilled tyre fitters to perform roadside tyre maintenance and repairs. Please see below for more details:
Operational Days and Hours:
Monday – Saturday: Saturdays are paid at time and a half.
8:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Lunch breaks are 1 Hour – 30 mins paid, 30 mins unpaid
Bonus: Annual Bonus is £2,400. This will be paid monthly provided that the following performance targets are met:
As a Mobile Commercial Tyre Fitter / Driver, your duties will include attending our National and Fleet customers sites to replace or service commercial tyres whilst supporting your manager by adhering to all health and safety policy and procedures, contributing to good house keeping routines and providing our customers with a premium service.
The Person
To be considered for this role of Mobile Commercial Tyre Fitter / Driver you will have:
* Experience in Commercial Truck Tyre fitting
* The ability to follow written instructions from the work sheets
* Excellent customer service skills are essential
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Punctuality, flexibility and positivity towards working time and shift patterns
* Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence essential
Out of hours call out work is also available but not guaranteed and requests for flexible working hours will be considered
As a Mobile Commercial Tyre Fitter / Driver the salary package on offer is £26,000 per year dependent on experience.
– 100 percent attendance each month. You will be allowed sick days, however.
– No complaints for your customer service
– Making sure your vehicle is clean and presentable
– You will also get a £25 bonus if you receive a written endorsement from a customer
