Eastern accounts department is currently looking for a hardworking and self-motivated person to join the team as Accounts Assistant in Sales Ledger Department.

Position will be a fixed term contract (start from May until December 2015).

The successful applicant will have some accounting experience with good communication skills. Candidate also needs to possess high level of accuracy, attention to detail, good interpersonal, and IT skills. Mandarin / Cantonese speaking is essential. Experience using Oracle would be advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:

  • Raising Invoices and dealing with invoice queries.
  • Closing invoices when tour finished.
  • Sending statement to agents upon request.
  • Monitoring agents’ outstanding and following up payment with agents / sales office when it is due.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with agents/oversea sales office.
  • Liaising with cashier’s department, especially with regards to expected receipts / payment.
  • Allocate receipts against appropriate invoices / credit notes in the Oracle Sales Ledger.
  • Dealing with recharge invoice claim to suppliers
  • Other aspects of adhoc report required by line manager.
