Temporary to Permanent 1st Line Technical Support & Installation Engineer job for a software company based near Ely.
We are looking for somebody who is competent installing, setting up and training users on how to use and get the maximum benefits from our client’s range of products and services.
Duties include:-
- Conducting and following up training sessions
- Installations
- Project management
- Complete support tasks dealing with users issues and queries
- Identifying unsolved problems and passing it on to the developers
- Offering advice to customers
- Testing latest products
- Helping create training and support materials
- Help develop demonstration software to show the potential products.
Candidate requirements:
- You will have good problem solving, technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible towards working hours
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Location: Near Ely
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: Excellent hourly rate on offer
