A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a 1st Line Applications / Software Support Engineer to join this market leading software house at another exciting time of growth during which you will be responsible for providing 1st Line Support and excellent customer service (email and telephone) to their key household name clients.

This key candidate will ideally have good experinace within a support, 1st line or helpdesk based environments. Graduates with a relevant degree in Computing in which you may have been exposed to SQL, MySQL and XML would also be considered. You would have to be an excellent communicator with a keen interest in problem solving and software support related issues.

Personality, customer service experience and attitude is key within this challenging and rewarding role with an ambitious and growing organisation in St. Albans.
