1st Line Support Analyst

This is an opportunity for you to join a global helpdesk, teaming up with their USA customers to provide 1st line support. You will be building strong relationships with international customers and partners over the pond in America, to assist with support and any service requests.

Day to day the role itself will involve standard 1st line support duties including triaging and troubleshooting customer issues, logging service desk tickets and analysing information to resolve the issue. You will form a rapport with your customer and manage their expectations, as well as liaise with external support companies and suppliers.
Due to you working closely with the USA customers, the working hours differ slightly from normal UK hours to make sure you are in sync. The shift patterns are 12pm – 9pm or 1pm-10pm – so it’s great for you mid-morning gym go-ers or night owls.

This is also a chance for you to progress your IT career and learn the wide range of Microsoft technologies. From supporting a large on-premises Active Directory Infrastructure, Office 365 tooling and the Microsoft stack operating system, you will gain full exposure to the diverse collection of Microsoft systems. You will also be supporting Teams and Dynamics 365.
The exposure not only stops there, the cloud is vastly growing as the most prominent infrastructure in today’s IT world. Here you will get exposure to an Azure platform and understand the vast skills and tools to work with Azure.
