We are a Birmingham based IT company and we are looking for an IT Support Analyst / Helpdesk Support Analyst, with Windows knowledge.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure. You will have to answer phone calls for our clients and diagnose their IT problems and try to resolve the issues for them.
Skills Desired:
The IT Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience / skills:
– Previous experience within a 1st line support role
– A solid technical background which will include strong Windows Server
Ideal for uni graduates.
