A leading law firm is seeking a 1st Line IT Support engineer to join their busy Birmingham-based team. This is a superb opportunity for a talented and hard-working individual with a passion for IT to build on their current skills and experience within a hugely successful organisation.
You will be responsible for providing a polite and professional service to employees, handling calls quickly and efficiently. The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Fully literate on Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, and 2010.
- Previous experience of Axxia Desktop, Proclaim, and Laserform.
- Full working knowledge of Windows 7.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proven level of outstanding customer service.
- Superb telephone manner.
- Able to prioritise workload; completing tasks quickly and effectively.
