1st/2nd Line System Support Analyst – UK Market Leader – Stockton Heath to £36,000!

Prestigious opportunity with a pioneering UK Market Leader for a 1st/2nd Line Systems Support Analyst or Service Desk Analyst. Following a significant investment in our technology we are now seeking to grow our team and enhance our service.

As one of our Systems Support Analysts you will be responsible for:-

• Processing incoming calls/emails in accordance with defined processes and priorities at agreed service levels.
• Identifying issues, provide and advise suitable solutions and actions.
• Accurate logging and record keeping of all issues and queries
• Escalation and management of issues to 3rd Party vendors
• Becoming a core business system subject matter expert.
• Providing support to the companies’ desktop solutions and management of active directory, user maintenance processes and Microsoft Office products.
• Installation and configuration of systems applications when necessary and with third parties.

If you possess a combination of the following skills, then LETS TALK!

• Previous experience in 1st line support in a Service Desk environment
• Familiar with systems or applications support
• Experience escalating and resolving tickets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
• Excellent customer care skills, ability to communicate effectively to help employees resolve their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and, confident telephone manner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft PC and Network operating environments and associated applications
